Every day they turn plain birds into 25 to 30 different chicken dishes with a wide choice of flavourings.
“It’s a very simple product, but you can do so much with it,” Tim said
“We have quality products, including our seasoned barbecued chickens; free-range eggs from Randells Farm at McPhersons Crossing and free range chickens and ducks from Burrawong Gaian.”
Tim tries to keep a balance between work and play, getting up at 5.30am in order to fit in a run, cycle, swim or paddle before work plus squeezing in some football with his children and giving the Nippers a helping hand. The Chicken Butchery opens seven days a week.
