The team at Bakers Delight bake on site all day at Coffs Central.

Every day of the week, the scent of freshly baked bread wafts around the centre as their ovens release the latest batch of piping hot bread, rolls or scones until as late as 3pm. And this month that includes seasonal.

All of Bakers Delights products are made daily from scratch by trained bakers and their young apprentices. Those products range from traditional white bread, high-fibre chia bread and stone-baked artesian sourdough to white chocolate and blueberry scones, custard and almond scrolls and mini pizzas.

Coffs Central Bakers Delight helps a range of local community organisations, including the Red Cross, Rescue Helicopter, football and fishing clubs, local schools, the Uniting Church soup kitchen and Adele House drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre.

Bakers Delight opens seven days a week and also sells drinks and milk.
